East Brainerd TN Condos
I have to admit, having a new home in Chattanooga has been a dream of mine and my wife’s for quite some time. I live in a private home but a NEW home all to our own is what we want to find. We don’t have kids, I hate yardwork any more and the shine on my “pride in ownership” upkeep duties is getting dull. I had thought about looking for just a new house but we were out looking in East Brainerd at Pratt’s Reunion neighborhood and found out that they were also building a maintenance F R E E condo community out on Ooltewah Ringgold Rd. Stonebrook was very nice, and the term I heard was downsized but not downgraded. We will be going back for a second look and to speak with David (Woodard? Woodyard? sorry) about what we should expect from a condominium lifestyle and such. The website they have is pretty simple and gives a description of what you can expect from this condominium development in East Brainerd. Pratt has a part of their website about Stonebrook too and the other new homes in Chattanooga and neighborhoods they are building or have built.
